When the "Windows Server Setup" starts click "Install"
 
"Select the operating system you want to install"  
Select "Windows Server 2022 Standard (Desktop Experience)  
Click "Next".

"Applicable notices and license terms"  
Check the "I accept the Microsoft Software Lilcense Terms. If an organization is licensing it, I am authorized to bind the organization." check box  
Click "Next.

"Which type of installation do you want"  
Select "Custom: Install Microsoft Server Operating System Only (advanced).
 
"Where do you want to install the operating system?"  
Install on a 120GB partition

Click "Next"
